Author Bio: DR. SUPATRA TOVAR is one of the only clinical psychologists who is also a registered dietitian and accredited fitness expert. Dr. Tovar has helped numerous clients overcome eating disorders, trauma, depression, and anxiety by teaching research-proven techniques that can be implemented within daily routines. Her clients’ successes led her to start ANEW, a company dedicated to guiding people through the journey of improving their relationships with the mind, body, and spirit. Dr. Tovar regularly speaks at national conferences and corporate training sessions, and she has been interviewed by the Times of London, the Washington Post, the New York Times, and other media outlets about nutritional psychology, the psychology of weight loss, and behavioral change.
