Author Bio: Edward G. Rogoff is a Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Wagner School of Public Policy at New York University and at the Long Island University Brooklyn School of Business. He was formerly the Lawrence N. Field Professor of Entrepreneurship at Baruch College of the City University of New York. He holds B.A., M.A., M.B.A., and Ph.D. degrees from Columbia University.
He was the President of the Hemophilia Association of New York for more than 20 years, continues to serve on its Board and the Boards of the Hemophilia Services Consortium and LiveOnNY, the New York organ donor network.
He was born with hemophilia and contracted Hepatitis C from a blood transfusion as a teenager. He later received a liver transplant.
